those more important things such as our friends and family。 And it absolutely went in the wrong way， as some things are way better for us to cherish。

As far as I’m concerned，

on the one hand， we should limit the time we spend on our phones and make use of our time and energy on meaningful things。 On the other hand， as for us students， we are supposed to

say no to

overusing the cellphone， so that we are more likely to pay attention to our study and school life。
