There is such a city。 The sky is blue all the year round。 The air is fresh from morning till night。

有這樣一座城市。一年到頭天空蔚藍，從春到冬空氣新鮮。

There are two seasons in the city： summer and winter。

一年只有兩個季節：夏天和冬天。

The city is the most famous one in Shanxi Province。 Many state leaders paid a visit to it。

在山西省範圍內，知名度最高。許多國家領導人曾經來訪。

The city used to be the capital of the Northern Wei Dynasty with a number of historic and cultural relics 。 Tourists can be seen very often。

北魏王朝的都城就建在這裡，留下許多歷史文化遺蹟。

The city is not far from Beijing。 It takes two hours to reach the metropolis by CHSR。

城市離北京不遠，高鐵只需要兩個小時。

The city is Datong， with its territory linked to Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Hebei Province。

這個城市非大同莫屬，與內蒙古及河北省接壤。

The English equivalent of Datong is Great Harmony or Utopia， describing a society without exploitation or oppression， fighting or killing， crimes or evils。

大同的英語是“Great Harmony” 或者“Utopia”，意思是，沒有剝削壓迫，沒有爭鬥殺戮，沒有邪惡罪行的社會。

I‘m proud of living in Datong for quite a few reasons。

生活在大同，我倍感自豪，原因是———

It enjoys a pleasant climate， neither too hot nor too cold。 Holidaymakers regard it as Paradise。

這裡氣候宜人，休閒度假的遊客稱它是天堂。

It offers tasty foods and nutritious water。 There are restaurants of all levels everywhere。

這裡美食豐富，水質優良。大小飯店星羅棋佈。

There are lots of parks in Datong。They are attractive。 People build up their bodies by taking a walk or dancing collectively in the open air。

這裡公園不僅數量驚人，而且引人入勝。市民在裡面強身健體，要麼徜徉漫步，要麼跳廣場舞。

The ladies have lovely faces andnice figures。 It’s some men‘s dream to marry them。

這裡是美女王國。大同女人花容月貌，是男人夢寐以求的結婚物件。Datong University was founded in 2006。 You have to be outstanding academically if you want to be accepted as a student。

大同大學成立於2006年。除非高考成績遙遙領先，不然，學校不會接收。

Buses can take students directly to the downtown。

學校交通便利，公交車直通市中心。
