一、課文原文
Lesson 76 April Fools’ Day
’To end our special news bulletin，‘ said the voice of the television announcer， ’we are taking you to the macaroni fields of Calabria。 Macaroni has been grown in this area for over six hundred years。 Two of the leading growers， Giuseppe Moldova and Ricardo Brabante， tell me that they have been expecting a splendid crop this year and harvesting has begun earlier than usual。 Here you can see two workers who， between them， have just finished cutting three cartloads of golden brown Macaroni stalks。 The whole village has been working day and night gathering and threshing this year‘s crop before the September rains。 On the right， you can see Mrs。 Brabante herself。 She has been helping her husband for thirty years now。 Mrs。 Brabante is talking to the manager of the local factory where the crop is processed。 This last scene shows you what will happen at the end of the harvest： the famous Calabria macaroni-eating competition！ Signor Fratelli， the present champion， has won it every year since 1961。 And that ends our special bulletin for today， Thursday， April 1st。 We are now returning you to the studio。’

二、重點句型或語法
本課主要是複習第4課、第28課和第52課所學的現在完成時與現在完成進行時的內容。
（一）現在完成時
1、構成方式
主語 + have/has done + 其他成分
如：
He has just left Shanghai。
2、基本用法
表示過去發生的事情對現在造成的影響或結果。如：
I have had lunch。
這句話的字面意思是“我已經吃過中飯了”，其中吃中飯的動作是過去發生的，但這句話的潛臺詞可能是“我已經飽了，或者不想再吃東西了”等。
試對比：
I had lunch just now。
這句話的意思是“我剛才吃了中飯”，是對過去事情的客觀描述，不強調對現在的影響。
3、標誌詞
1）already/just/never/ever/yet
2）for+一段時間或since+具體時間/從句（過去式）
3）次數
4）recently/lately
5）so far / up to now
6）in the past/last +一段時間
如：
They have been to France twice。
Great changes have taken place in our town in the past five years。
（二）現在完成進行時
1、構成方式
sb。 + have/has been doing + 其他成分
如：
He has been crying for ten minutes。
2、基本用法
表過去發生的事情持續到現在還在進行。如：
She has been sleeping for five hours。
3、標誌詞
與現在完成時的標誌詞基本相同，除了“already / just / never / ever / yet”。如：
We have been reading in the library for two hours。
She has been learning French since she was five。
（三）兩者區別
現在完成時強調結果，現在完成進行時強調過程。如：
I have already read the novel。 （看過小說）
I have been reading the novel for a week。 （一直在看小說）
