主旋律

以側邊櫃隔斷客廳與廚房的動線，運用大面積的玻璃將自然光線引入，呈現出乾淨明亮的視覺效果。

餐廳中富有肌理感的瓷磚與金屬吊燈的點點光影回溯交錯，灰藍色的皮質餐椅更加奪目耀眼。

副旋律

考慮到這套戶型最嚴重的弊端在於空間的採光面有限，因為屬於地下室，如何增加各個功能區間的採光亮度也是本案中所需要考慮的，為了解決這個問題，所以在很多功能分割的界限上運用了大量玻璃元素，從而讓光線在空間中更好的流通，而玻璃的運用也可以讓空間的視線有更好的延申，從心理上擴大空間感。

引人入勝

在一層空間中，設計將多種材質融合碰撞，溫潤的木質長桌、玻璃元素營造著空間的通透質感，而硬朗精緻的金屬與皮質元素的搭配，增添著空間時尚雅緻的氣息。

佈置在地下中庭位置的紅楓，喜光但忌烈日暴曬，錯落有致樹姿美觀。
