凱德MALL·大興2018年末開業，2021年年底由凱德MALL·天宮院更名於此，並攜升級的空間及品牌全新亮相。該商業專案位於中國首都北京城南的國際交往新門戶大興區，距天安門約33公里。專案建於地鐵4號線天宮院站之上，直通北京市核心商圈，總建築面積近20萬平方米，由美國著名建築設計事務所Laguarda。Low Architects（LLA建築設計）主持建築及室內設計。
At the end of 2021， CapitaMall Tiangongyuan officially became CapitaMall Daxing。 This retail and entertainment center is located along Xinyuan Road in the burgeoning district of Daxing， 33 kilometers south of Tiananmen with a direct link to central Beijing via subway line 4。 Designed by Laguarda。Low Architects， CapitaMall Daxing is positioned as a “garden-style shopping mall” with a total GBA of nearly 200，000 square meters。
由於建築地塊呈南北走向，整體狹長，以及對容積率的要求，設計及建成專案由地上六層商業及地下兩層商業構成，形成300米長、近40米高的水平向長形建築體。為了緩衝對周邊建築及街道空間的壓迫感，LLA創造出流暢動態的建築外觀，並在建築南北兩端應空間使用需求（影院與主力體驗店）營造出不同高度，形成起伏變化。
Due to the long and narrow configuration of the site along its north-south axis and the local FAR requirements， the project consists of six floors above ground and two floors below ground。 The resulting form is an elongated volume 300 meters long and nearly 40 meters tall。 To ease this large form into the surrounding street space， Laguarda。Low created a smoothly dynamic and streamlined architectural image。 Taller volumes at the north and south ends follow height fluctuations due to interior program considerations （the multiplex cinema and the anchor experience store）。

建築的立面由層疊的水平弧線組成，流暢的輪廓時而內凹時而外凸，並在轉角處透過流線型的柔和處理，增添了形態上的變化。
The facades are composed of cascading horizontal arcs。 The plan outline fluctuates between concave and convex and the streamlined treatment at all corners softens the overall mass。
建築南北兩端的體量略微凹進，形成專案的主入口，玻璃幕牆的運用使得室內空間與室外入口廣場形成視線上的連通。
The north and south volumes define the main entrances with slight indentions signaling entry points， indenting the volume。 The glass curtain wall visually connects the exterior entry plaza with the interior shopping space。
二層以上的立面透過一系列色調統一的長條形金屬板構成，保證了建築形式的連續感。東西兩側首層的展示玻璃上沿如同兩條舒緩的飄帶，起伏有致，並強調引出兩側為購物中心的主出入口。
The facade material above the second floor is a series of undulating metal strips in varying colors and textures to enhance the continuous architectural form。 The upper outlines of the curtain wall on both east and west facades are like two floating streamers， emphasizing the main entry points with raised eyebrows。
立面建造結合一系列的室外平臺、展示窗、LED屏等元素，豐富了建築的構成與細節。透過從靜態到動態的轉化，建築整體造型宛如一艘海平面上緩緩行駛的巨輪，整體統一，婉轉柔和。專案的南北兩端分別設定了下沉公共廣場和地面公共廣場，為市民提供社交娛樂和綠化空間。位於南廣場約200平方米的火星滑板公園，和北面下沉廣場約400平方米的賽博朋克風格的失重球場，聯袂引領北京南城運動風向。
A series of outdoor platforms， display windows， LED screens and other elements are combined in the facade to enrich the composition of the architecture detail。 Transforming from static to dynamic， the overall shape of the building is unified and gentle， like a giant ship slowly advancing on the sea。 The north and south ends of the project are enriched by surface and sunken plazas that provide social entertainment and green space for the visiting public。 The 200 square meter Mars Skateboard Park at the South Plaza and the 400 square meter Cyberpunk-style weightless stadium at the North Plaza add to the current sports trend in South Beijing。
購物中心室內設計風格簡潔明朗、視線開闊，最上面兩層以花園為主題，圍繞南北向的有機形態的通廊兩側，打造通暢的室內商業動線。地下兩層均可直通專案南端的地鐵，B2的“鬥獸場”已舉辦過各類運動競技賽事，成為南城運動文化中心。
The interior design of the shopping center is straightforward and clear maximizing spacious views。 Commercial space on both sides of the singular north-south corridor creates an uninterrupted interior pedestrian movement。 The two levels below grade levels are directly connected to the subway at the south end of the plot。 The basketball venue on B2 has held various competitions and has become the sports and cultural center of South Beijing。

地上六層囊括各類標準零售商店及時尚租戶、生活方式旗艦店、影院，兒童、餐飲、體驗、教育、零售等多個業態。重點引入了卡通尼、寵了喵等滿足細分客群個性需求的門店以及愛射箭俱樂部、新港迷卡、東龍跆拳道等體驗業態品牌。
The six floors above grade include various retail stores including fashion tenants， lifestyle flagship stores， a multiplex cinema， family entertainment， F&B， experience， and education。 CapitaMall Daxing is focused on introducing stores that meet the individual needs of a diverse customer base， such as Cartoony World， a pet cafe， an archery club and Taekwondo sports experiences。
商場一層的室內大街不僅是聯絡場地南北的主要幹道，也是重要的前沿資訊展示平臺。
The ground level of the shopping center acts as an indoor street not only for shopping， but also as a cutting-edge exhibition venue。
經過三年精心經營，凱德MALL·大興以“集趣生活目的地”為新起點，開啟全新徵程，意在打造集健康生活、運動社交和親子陪伴為一體、好玩、好逛、有趣的城市歡樂空間，為北京南城消費磁場注入核動力。
After three years of operation， CapitaMall Daxing will introduce the new theme of “Fun Life Destination” in 2022， focusing on the latest and most futuristic trends in consumption， lifestyle， and social interaction with the aim of creating a retail and entertainment benchmark in the Daxing District。
