Our exquisitely crafted set menu includes the delicate foie gras mousse with green tea and avocado jelly， green tea bagel with goat cheese &and pine nuts， matcha eéclair， strawberry panna cotta with Longjing jJelly， mango Longjing tart， dark chocolate and Longjing truffle cake，。 Oof course， no afternoon tea would be truly complete without the inclusion of a perfectly fluffy， special warm scone special with a Longjing flavour， dipped within cream and jam。
