cut nails也可以表示“剪指甲”

美容
“美容”的英文表達中沒有beauty這個詞，實際上英語中只要用facial就可以表示“美容”了。

莉莉預約好了下週日去做美容。

A：I think I need to do a facial。

B：Me too。Shall we go together？
我也是。我們一起去怎麼樣？
我們常說的“美容覺”是beauty sleep

關於“美髮”，有以下幾個常用句型：
①I want to have my hair trimmed。

②I want to have my hair dyed in black/brown/gold。

整形
“整形”通常需要做外科手術，用英語說就是plastic surgery，其中plastic的意思是“可塑的，整形的”。

你認為有必要整形嗎？
B：Of course not。
當然沒有必要。

塑身
“塑身”的意思實際上是“達到理想的身材”，在英文中可以用get into shape來表示。
Mary wanted to get into shape，so she joined the fitness center。
瑪麗想要塑身，於是她去了健身中心。

A：I do aerobics twice a week to get into shape。Do you want to join me？
