Chenpi （Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae）， known as one of the “three treasures of Guangdong”， is a traditional Chinese medicine from the dried and ripe peel of an orange or tangerine that has the function of eliminating dampness and phlegm。

陳皮，“廣東三寶”之一，也是藥膳同源的食材，由柑皮曬乾製成，具有祛溼、祛痰的作用。

It has always been used as a traditional seasoning in Chinese cooking。 Besides a bowl of authentic soup， some Cantonese dishes such as pork and duck will use this ingredient occasionally。

一直以來陳皮也是中國傳統的烹飪調料，廣東人除了煲老火靚湯，有時還會用陳皮做成令人齒頰留香的陳皮排骨和陳皮鴨。
